What’s Happening

Captain Toad and Toadette take turns playing their way through courses to try and save each other and take back the power star that was rightfully their’s.

Characters

Captain Toad

The leader of the famous Toad Brigade, and Toadette as they adventure their way forth through tough courses in hopes of finding the power star.

Toadette

She always has her eyes on treasure, but has to save Toad every now and then.

Toad Brigade

A string of three toads that are waiting to be found.

Draggadon

A fire-breathing dragon inside a volcano that doesn’t like toads that mess with his treasure.

Wingo

This giant bird always sticks his beak where it doesn’t belong and steals Toad/Toadette and the treasure.

Goombas

These little brown mushrooms are well known and just waddle towards you when they see you.

Shy Guys

Similar to goombas, but harder to outrun; kill them with a turnip or fall on top of them.

Flaptors

These mean looking birds slam the ground if you stand underneath them, so try your best to not walk under them.

Mud Trooper

Made of mud and will slowly sludge there way towards you with their glowing eyes. You can kill them by flashing a light on them or falling on top of them.

Piranha Sprout

They Spit balls at you, you can pick them out of the ground and throw them or hit them with a turnip.

Mummy Me

Its a mummy version of yourself that will chase you in certain levels.

Tips and Tricks

Some parts of the course can move when you tap it or blow on the mic.
Secret golden mushrooms and keys are hidden.
you cannot jump as the player.
you can move the camera with the joysticks to see where your going.
Watch out for enemies and make your way to the star to complete the course.
In TV Mode or Tabletop Mode, Player 1 controls Captain Toad or Toadette, while Player 2 points their Joy-Con controller to stop enemies, move objects, and help throw turnips.
